These terms cover your use of the Fayzain Media website at fayzainmedia.com and the products we sell. Fayzain Media is a consumer brand operated by Fayzain Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”).

What the content is

Articles, guides, checklists and workbooks on this site are general information intended to help you organize a situation — what to gather, who to call, what to write down. They describe process, not outcomes.

What the content is not

Fayzain Media is not a healthcare provider, an insurer, an insurance broker or adjuster, a law firm, or a financial adviser, and nothing published here is medical, insurance, legal or financial advice. Reading this site does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Rules, policies, benefits and procedures differ by state, by insurer, by hospital and by household, and they change. Anything with real consequences should be checked with the relevant professional or with the organization whose rules actually apply.

Purchases

There is no checkout on this site. Once our digital kits are available for sale, purchases are completed on Etsy. A purchase is subject to Etsy’s own terms and policies as well as the details stated on the listing, and Etsy processes payment and delivers the download.

We are the seller of our digital kits. If a download does not arrive, a file will not open, or something is wrong with what you received, contact us through the marketplace or our contact and support page and we will help. Refunds for kits are handled under Etsy’s policies and the terms on the listing.

Using what you buy

A kit you buy is for personal use by you and your household. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files, or publish them elsewhere. Kits, like everything else here, are organizational tools — the section above on what the content is not applies to them too.

Using the site

Please do not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or bulk-copy the content for republication or for training a commercial model.

The text, artwork and design of this site, and our products, belong to Fayzain Ventures LLC unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing a whole article, or redistributing a purchased guide or workbook, requires written permission.

Availability

This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content may become out of date between updates. As stated above, nothing here is professional advice, and decisions with real consequences should be checked with the professional or organization whose rules actually apply — not made on the strength of this site alone.
