Who we are

Fayzain Media is a consumer brand operated by Fayzain Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Fayzain Media website and our digital kits.

The short version

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• There are no accounts, logins or user profiles on this site.
• There is no advertising network and no cross-site tracking.
• We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, and how quickly its pages load with Vercel Speed Insights. Neither uses cookies. We see totals, such as how many people read a page or how fast it loaded, not a record of any one person.
• The site has no forms and no mailing list. The personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, and the order details a marketplace such as Etsy shares with us when you buy something.

What we collect

If you email us

If you write to us — for help with a product, a correction, an accessibility barrier, a privacy question, or anything else — we receive your email address, your name if your email includes it, the contents of your message, and anything else you choose to include, such as attachments. We use that information to respond to and handle your message, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for that. Please do not send health, insurance or financial documents; we do not need them to help.

If you buy a kit on Etsy

Etsy processes the purchase and payment under its own terms and privacy policy. As the seller, we receive the order information Etsy makes available to sellers — such as your name, your Etsy username and what you ordered — and use it only to fulfill and support your order. We do not receive your payment card details. See Etsy’s privacy policy.

Mailing list

We do not run a mailing list. If we start one, we will update this policy to describe it before it opens.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used as a whole — which pages people read, how many visits they get, and which sites, such as a search engine, people arrive from — so we can tell what is useful. Vercel is the company that hosts this site, and it provides the analytics service.

When you load a page, the site sends Vercel the address of that page, the time, and — on the first page of a visit — the site that linked you to it, if any. Vercel also records your approximate location (country, region and city), your browser and its version, your operating system and its version, and whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer. When a product is for sale, we also record a click on its store button, with the product and the store it leads to.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies, and this site does not store an identifier in your browser for analytics. To count visitors without one, Vercel uses a value calculated from the incoming request, which it discards after 24 hours. We see aggregate reports only. We do not use analytics to identify you, to build a profile of you, or to show you advertising, and the site shows no advertising. See Vercel’s description of how Web Analytics handles data.

Website performance

Separately from analytics, we use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load and respond for real visitors, so we can find and fix slow pages. It measures performance, not who reads what.

When a page loads, your browser measures standard performance timings — for example, how long the main content took to appear and how quickly the page responded when you tapped or clicked — and the site sends them to Vercel with the page address and the type of page it is, the part of the page a timing relates to (such as the main image), and your connection type (such as 4G). Vercel records your browser, operating system and device type (phone, tablet or computer), and your country, with each measurement.

The Speed Insights script does not read or set cookies, and this site stores nothing in your browser for it. Each measurement carries a random ID created for that page load; it is sent with the measurement but is not stored in your browser or reused. Vercel states that these measurements are not tied to any individual visitor or IP address and cannot be used to reconstruct a visit across pages. We see aggregate performance scores only. Server logs

Like any website, this one runs on a hosting provider that processes standard technical logs of requests to the site — including IP addresses, the page requested and the browser’s user agent — for a limited period, to keep the site running and secure and to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

• Through the website itself: names, addresses, phone numbers, or anything else typed into a form — there are no forms.
• Health, medical, insurance or financial information. We do not ask for it, and we ask you not to send it.
• Anything you write in a kit — kits are not connected to this website or to us.
• Payment card details. Purchases happen on external stores.

Links to other sites

Where a product is for sale, the button takes you to an external store — Etsy, for our digital kits. Once you leave this site, that store’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

If you would like us to delete correspondence you have sent us, ask through our contact page and we will remove it, except where we need to keep a record of an order.

If the law where you live gives you rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of it — contact us and we will honor those rights to the extent the law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
