Fayzain Media creates practical tools and resources that help families organize information, prepare for difficult situations and make clearer decisions.
Why this exists
Most families meet these situations the same way: suddenly, and with no idea what the next three phone calls are. A parent falls. A hospital wants to discharge someone tomorrow. An insurance policy turns out to need paperwork nobody mentioned. A family has to choose where a parent will live next.
The information needed to handle any of it exists. It is just scattered across forums, PDFs, and the memories of people who have already been through it. Fayzain Media exists to gather that into something you can actually use on the day — a checklist, a guide, or a workbook that keeps track of what you cannot.
What we publish
Our current focus is supporting families navigating aging parents, caregiving, long-term care, senior living and home-care decisions — with long-term care insurance claims as the place we have gone deepest so far.

How we write
- No invented numbers. We do not add statistics to a page to make it look authoritative. If we cannot stand behind a figure, it is not there.
- We say what we are not. Fayzain Media is not a healthcare provider, an insurer, a law firm or a financial adviser. Guides that touch those areas say so, once, where you will read it.
- Written to be used. Short sections, plain language, and steps you can follow while someone is waiting on you.
- Readable by design. Large type, real contrast, full keyboard access, no motion you did not ask for. See our accessibility statement.

Fayzain Media is not run by a doctor, an insurance professional or a lawyer, and does not claim to be. What it offers instead is careful research, plain writing, and a willingness to say “check with a professional” where that is the honest answer.
