LTC Claim Ledger

An iPhone app for keeping a long-term care insurance claim organized — care invoices and reimbursements, the elimination period, calls and letters, follow-ups and documents — in one place, with no account to create.

  • Care invoices, and the reimbursements paid against them
  • What is still outstanding, without adding it up yourself
  • Elimination-period days, recorded against the target you were given
  • A dated record of calls and letters with the insurance company
  • Follow-up dates for what you are still waiting on
  • Documents kept with the claim they belong to

Coming to the App Store. We're targeting an October 2026 release for LTC Claim Ledger. Have a question before launch? Contact us.

A long-term care insurance claim is not one decision. It is a long, slow correspondence: forms that arrive in the mail, assessments booked weeks out, requests for a document you already sent, and phone calls where the person on the other end has no record of the last one.

LTC Claim Ledger is the written record of that correspondence, on the iPhone you already carry. It works with any insurance company, because it only organizes what you enter.

Who it is for

The adult child, spouse or family member handling the paperwork side of a long-term care insurance claim — the person who gets asked "did we ever hear back about that invoice?" and wants to be able to answer.

What it helps you keep track of

  • Care invoices. Each bill from a care provider, as it arrives.
  • Reimbursements. What has been paid against each invoice, and what is still outstanding.
  • The elimination period. The target you were given and the days you have recorded against it.
  • Calls and letters. A dated record of each contact with the insurance company.
  • Follow-ups. What you are waiting on, and when to check on it.
  • Documents. Files kept with the claim they belong to, so you are not searching a camera roll six months later.

When a sibling, a care manager or an attorney asks what has happened so far, you have an answer instead of a shoebox.

Your records stay on your iPhone

What you enter is stored on your iPhone. There is no account to create and no Fayzain Media server behind the app, so your claim records are not sent to us. The app does not sync through iCloud, and it contains no analytics or advertising tools. Documents you add are stored with iOS file protection, which keeps them encrypted while your iPhone is locked.

Compatibility

Designed for iPhone.
